Connecticut Society of Pathologists Privacy Policy

Information Collected In order to access certain member services and restricted areas ("the Case Studies and Meeting Summaries" pages) within The Connecticut Society of Pathologists Web site, The Connecticut Society of Pathologists requires that you provide certain identifying information listed in the online registration form or obtained from previous registration. This information may include your legal name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, subscriber name, password used to access services, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. The Connecticut Society of Pathologists reserves the right to request any additional information necessary to establish and maintain your account for use of the Pay Services.

Cancellation You may cancel your account at any time by calling, faxing or sending an e-mail toThe Secretary-Treasurer of The Connecticut Society of Pathologists at the numbers or e-mail listed in the "Board Directory or Contact US" pages. Once The Connecticut Society of Pathologists has finished processing the cancellation, The Connecticut Society of Pathologists will delete all your Registration Data from its database.
8. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties Although The Connecticut Society of Pathologists will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the Registration Data, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure.
